Upon receiving Brown Bottle, run it under clean water and allow it to air-dry to achieve the perfect streak-free shine. If its lid is tight, run it under water before trying to pull it apart, gently. Do not force it in case of breakage.

As Brown Bottle is mouth-blown, there may be tiny airhole bubbles present in the product. These are what gives the product its unique, handcrafted touch - hence does not count as a defect.
