Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)

We ship Malaysia-wide.

Flat-rate postage of RM 15 applies to all orders under RM 500.

Enjoy free shipping when your order total is RM 500 & above.

Complimentary in-store collection is available at checkout.

After placing your order, please allow 1–3 working days for our team to pack and prep your parcel for dispatch.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.

Cross-Border Shipping (Singapore)

We now ship to Singapore!

Singapore shipping fees are calculated based on the total value of your order.

All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

If you have an oversized parcel, Objects may dispatch it to you via Grab, depending on your location. Oversized parcels sent via mail will take around 7 working days to arrive.

All reasonable efforts to deliver your order will be made by Objects. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their parcel is received at the delivery address provided during checkout. Objects will not be responsible if the parcel is received by an unauthorised person.

Additional charges for re-delivery will be applicable after unsuccessful delivery attempts, should the parcel be returned to us. Objects is not responsible for loss or damage incurred during transit due to courier negligence; no refunds will be provided in such cases.

Refund Policy
In cases where your selected products are out of stock after we'd received your payment, we will provide a full refund to your specified bank account. You will be notified via email to provide us with your details for a smooth refund process.

We do not provide refunds for missing parcels due to courier's negligence - however we will try our best in assisting you to trace your parcel.
Incorrect / Defective Item(s) Received
All exchanges have to be mailed back to us within 5 working days from the day the parcel was delivered in Malaysia.
We truly apologize for sending you the incorrect / defective item! Please take a snapshot or provide us the details/name of the wrong item received and email us directly at hello@objects.com.my . Prior to returning and exchanging your product, please consult us via email with your order number at hello@objects.com.my . Any items returned to us without a consultation beforehand will not be entertained.
An exchange will be made if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect - Objects will reimburse the postage charges incurred when you return our parcel. Alternately, you may drop your parcel off at our showroom. There are strictly no cash refunds unless the exact same piece/size is out of stock.
Exchanges can only be done if the item(s) is in its original condition (unused). We will take approximately 5 working days to process your exchange.
Return & Exchange Policy
Objects does not accept returns or exchanges of products. All sales are final.
